Your house is competing against a lot of houses on the market, many similar to yours, so your best bet is to sell the lifestyle living in your house provides and not the structure of the house.
 
AD COPY SUGGESTIONS
 
   The hardest part to writing ads is coming up with descriptive words and phrases. So, to help you out I am providing you with some ideas. Once you get started it’s easy.
 
Never use the words "asking" or "negotiable" with your selling price. Consider the message you would be sending the buyer. Look at it through his eyes, if you are only "asking" for this price or are willing to be "negotiable" on it, why didn’t you do the research and price it right in the first place? You lose your negotiating leverage, creditability and the trust of the buyer.

Now that you have the Headline here are some descriptive phrases you can use in your ads. Read them over, once you get the idea it is not that hard to write some fantastic ads. Just make sure you tell the truth, and include #bedrooms #baths and other HOT features and please include the price. I hate ads that don’t give the price. Why do I want to waste my time and your time making an appointment, coming to see your house when I can’t afford it!
