There are no “secrets” or “quick” tricks to sell your home and get a fair market price just good planning, setting the right price and work lots of work that's what it takes. Those “QUICK SALE” schemes out there are usually a company wanting to purchase your house for a reduced price or a scam and end up telling you to clean, de-clutter and stage your house. So save your money and proceed cautiously.
